Rackenford & Creacombe Parish Council

Parish Council meetings are held in the School at 7.30pm on the second Tuesday of every other month, starting in January. There are meetings in the months in between if there is more urgent business. The Annual Parish Meeting, at which accounts are presented, is held with the May meeting. Everyone is welcome at all meetings and the public are invited to raise issues at the end of the official agenda (or during discussions at the Chairman's discretion). The latest minutes are on the board in draft. Earlier minutes, the current budget, the last accounts and Chairman's reports can all be read here on the Rackenford website or are available from the Parish Clerk.

The Parish Council owns the common, the children's play area and the hard court. When this is not being used by the school tennis and netball players are welcome for a small charge of £2.
Please put this in the honesty box by the entrance to the hard court.

Dog Owners Rackenford Common

Once again please can we ask that you clean up after your dog when using the play area on the common. (Dogs should also be kept on a lead in this area). This area is frequently used by children for various activities by the school and within the village and several distressing incidents have occurred recently with staff and parents having to clean up the children!.
Please be a responsible owner and save us from imposing further restrictions
